Searching Transcripts

The Transcripts page includes free filters that work on every server:

• Search by ticket ID
• Search by the username of whoever opened the ticket
• Filter by ticket type (panel)

Premium servers additionally get Deep Search on Transcripts, which searches inside the archived tickets themselves:

• Message content - Find tickets where specific things were said, optionally limited to a specific user ("said by")
• Participants - Find tickets where specific users messaged, or where a whole group of users all messaged together
• Date ranges - Filter by when tickets were opened and/or closed
• Channel ID - Look a ticket up by the Discord channel or thread it lived in
• Rating - Only show tickets at or above a minimum feedback rating
